In our early years, operating under the name of Àliga Serveis Immobiliaris, we established ourselves in the heart of Barcelona, with our first office located in Eixample Esquerra, on Aragón Street. From there, we embarked on our journey as a fledgling real estate agency, filled with enthusiasm and a desire to grow. During this period, we focused on selling properties throughout the city, with a particular emphasis on Eixample, Ciutat Vella, and Gracia.
And it was precisely in Gracia where Carlos sold the first property as Àliga Serveis Immobiliaris, on Sant Antoni Maria Claret Street. From the beginning, our focus has always been on providing services to property owners looking to sell, as well as buyers and individuals interested in renting properties.
As Àliga Real Estate earned a solid reputation in the local market, we decided to expand and specialize in the Front Marítim area of Barcelona. This change occurred in 2006 when we moved to a new office in La Vila Olímpica, on Marina Street. This strategic move allowed us to immerse ourselves in the new Barcelona that emerged after the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. However, we never stopped paying attention to the historic properties in areas such as Eixample, Gracia, Ciutat Vella, Sarria-Sant Gervasi, and Pedralbes, with their characteristic charm of hydraulic floors and Catalan vaulted ceilings.
Over the years, at Àliga Real Estate, we have solidified our position as a renowned real estate agency in the Barcelona real estate sector.
